Tina obtained her Bachelor of Law from Queen’s University Belfast and is completing her Master of Law from the University of British Columbia.

Tina is passionate about access to justice. She aims to deliver legal services and advocacy from a trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive perspective. As a legal advocate with the Justice Centre at BWSS, Tina helps survivors of IPV and gender-based violence with family and immigration issues. Tina also offers pro-bono help to low-income tenants with dispute resolution as a member of the Access Pro Bono Residential Tenancy Program. Recently, Tina became a law clinician with UBC’s LSLAP program, providing legal services in areas of Wills & Estate, Human Rights, and Employment Law.

Tina is a member of BC’s Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, West Coast LEAF, and CBA BC. Tina can speak both English and Chinese Mandarin.

In her free time, Tina enjoys learning about ancient civilizations and getting tattoos. Tina is also a prospective violinist with Vancouver’s West Coast Symphony Orchestra, 2024 season.
