Through guided exercises and reflective discussions, participants will identify and address unconscious survival strategies that persist into adulthood. By examining how these patterns shape present-day reactions and relationships, attendees will gain practical tools to support their own healing and the healing of those they work with.
Learning Outcomes:
- Recognizing Childhood Survival Strategies: Identify belief systems formed in childhood that continue to shape adult behaviours.
- Addressing and Validating Inner Child Beliefs: Learn strategies to work through past experiences and foster self-awareness and personal growth.
- Self-Discovery Tools: Explore techniques to uncover and understand the origins of persistent thought patterns.
- Inner Child Communication: Develop methods for listening to and engaging with the inner child to support healing and resilience.
This workshop is ideal for mental health professionals, counsellors, social workers, and frontline service providers looking to deepen their understanding of trauma’s impact on identity and personal development. Participants will leave with practical insights and tools to integrate into their personal and professional practice.
